SEPARATION AGREEMENTS
Some people decide on
separation that they do not want to immediately go down the
route of a divorce but would prefer instead to resolve
their finances and for an agreement to be drawn up
reflecting their arrangements.
We are able to draw up a Separation Agreement which
confirms the financial arrangements and any arrangements
for the children. Within that document arrangements can be
put in place for one party to divorce the other at a future
point on the basis of consent which has the advantage of
neither party having to use a fault based ground such as
adultery or unreasonable behaviour.
